Loss or damage must be reported within ten (10) days and product issues must be reported within thirty (30) days to receive credit or replacements. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) in advance. An RMA is valid for thirty (30) days from date of issue. All returns must be packed securely in original packaging, and must be 100% complete, unused, and in re sellable condition or they may be refused and credit denied. We reserve the right to inspect all returns to verify claims. Any credits, refunds or replacements are made after return goods are received. No credits or refunds will be issued for custom-made products, special order items, items that are lost or damaged during return, items that have been printed, or items not purchased from Chazerly Designs, Inc. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the customer's expense. We reserve the right to refuse credit on any return.
By placing an order with us you warrant that you are solvent and have the funds available for purchase. Finance charges of 1.5% per month will be applied to past due accounts. A $35 NSF fee will be charged for any returned checks. Default on any payment, including finance charges and late fees, may be charged to your credit card on file. Payments for past due or NSF amounts made via credit card may be subject to a 3% processing fee. Chazerly Designs, Inc. is not responsible for any overdraft charges which result from any purchase or the collection of past due amounts. You accept full responsibility for paying all collection costs, including reasonable attorney's fees.
Special order items may over-run or under-run by 5%. No credits or refunds will be issued for custom-made products, special order items (see also: Returns).

All prices are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are FOB Darien, Illinois, and do not include shipping. Quantity discounts may be available upon request.
All first-time orders require payment upon shipping. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards, as well as money orders, cashier's checks, and wire transfers. Wire transfer fees and International documentation fees may apply. Any C.O.D. orders accepted are certified check or money order only.
Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. Central Time may ship the next business day. Items not immediately available may be placed on backorder without notice. If your credit card is declined, it will delay shipment of your order, possibly without notice. We are not responsible for delays caused if your credit is denied. Standard shipping is via U.P.S. Large orders may ship via truck. We may, at our discretion, double-box breakable items. Double boxing is $3.00/box. International shipments may require additional documentation fees. International customers are responsible for their own duties and taxes. Claims: We do everything possible to pack things carefully for you, including double-boxing. Nevertheless, some products are fragile and things can happen that preclude all our efforts. Some breakage during shipping should be expected. Inspect your shipments immediately. You must notate any loss or damage on the bill of lading before signing. You must notify us of any loss or damage in writing within ten (10) days in order to receive credit or replacements. Please save broken items and packing material for at least two weeks. Some carriers require inspecting these goods in order to pay damage claims. Damage or loss claims are subject to approval by the carrier. Product quality issues must be reported within thirty (30) days to receive credit or replacements. Chazerly Designs, Inc. is not responsible for claims or amounts above the cost of goods. Shipping charges are not refundable.
